Artistic outdoor photographer Richard Neuman’s style and techniques are the reasons he has been defined as a “purist” of photography. While capturing the beauty and splendor of the great outdoors, he has mastered the basic forms of photography and turned them into an art form. While admiring the beauty he has captured, it becomes clear that mere photography becomes true art at the hands of Richard Neuman.
As a child growing up on a farm, in northwest Ohio, he was drawn to the beauty of nature and the great outdoors. At age nine his interest in photography began and from then on the camera became a natural part of him. As an adult he became more aware that the serenity of nature is so often overlooked. From close-up views of mammals and birds to wide majestic mountain views, his photographic adventures have led him throughout the country creating artistic outdoor photography which adorns walls in homes and large corporate offices. Regional and national publishers have published an overwhelming number of these high quality images as well. Now, through his artistic photography and school of outdoor photography he strives to pass on the same appreciation and techniques acquired from his years of photography.
